Terms and conditions
We ship with Canada Post to most countries. Canada Post provides a tracking number that the customer will receive when placing the order. Upon receiving it, it is the customers responsibility to track the package. For watches in stock, the dispatch time is 1-2 business days. It is the customers responsibility to verify if import duties are applicable and will be responsible to cover for them.
We offer a warranty period of 2 years on all of our watches from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and will be judged on a case by case basis. If a watch fits the warranty requirements, it will be repaired at our cost or replaced. If you encounter any issue, please email us at email@example.com or use our contact form.
We hope that you’ll be happy with your watch from when you first try it on. However, should this not be the case you have fourteen days upon receiving the watch to return it in perfect, unused condition (with its accompanying paperwork) to receive a replacement or full refund.
Returns are possible if all those criterias are met:
1. The protective stickers are not removed.
2. The bracelet and clasp are not adjusted.
3. The watch shows no signs of wear.
If any of those criterias are not met, we will not accept returns. Watches sold on pre-order on or off site are covered by our warranty policy but are not eligible for refund.
For a hassle-free experience, Héron will handle the return shipping costs, and in the event of customs fees, we'll gladly provide a refund once the return is processed. Reimbursement will take place after an examination from our team. Funds will be refunded to your original payment method.
