Terms and conditions
We ship with Canada Post to most countries. Canada Post provides a tracking number that the customer will receive when placing the order. Upon receiving it, it is the customers responsibility to track the package. For watches in stock, the dispatch time is 1-2 business days. It is the customers responsibility to verify if import duties are applicable and will be responsible to cover for them.
We offer a warranty period of 2 years on all of our watches from the date of shipment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and will be judged on a case by case basis. If a watch fits the warranty requirements, it will be repaired at our cost or replaced. If you encounter any issue, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form.
If within two weeks upon receiving the watch you desire to return it, returns are possible if all those criterias are met:
1. The protective stickers are not removed.
2. The bracelet and clasp are not adjusted.
3. The watch was not worn.
If any of those criterias are not met, we will not accept returns. Watches sold by pre-order are covered by our warranty policy but are not eligible for refund.
Returns shipping fees are at the expense of the customer. Import fees will not be reimbursed. Reimbursement will take place after an examination from our team. To enquire about a return, please email us at email@example.com or use our contact form.
