• Can I return my watch or cancel a pre-order?

  We accept returns on eligible items within a set period of 14 days after delivery.

  Limited editions are not eligible for returns.

  Pre-orders can be cancelled, subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

• Will this watch be restocked?

  Use the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page. You’ll be the first to know when it’s back.

• My order hasn’t shipped yet. Is that normal?

  If your order hasn’t shipped yet, it might be a pre-order item.
  
  You can check this on the product page. The pre-order status and estimated shipping month are shown near the “Add to Cart” button.

  We ship worldwide.
  

  Shipping is free on all watches, and on orders over $100 USD.

  Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import duties. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
