neo-Vintage Design. Modern Watchmaking.
Héron is a watch project rooted in a simple idea: capturing the charm of 20th-century design through the lens of modern engineering. As watch collectors ourselves, our interest gradually shifted toward vintage timepieces—their proportions, their character, their sense of purpose. But collecting them came with compromises: fragile builds, outdated materials, and dwindling availability.
We launched Heron in 2021 to offer a thoughtful alternative: watches that feel vintage, but wear like they were made today.

Design Ethos
Every Héron watch is built around a strong design narrative—whether inspired by marine navigation, early aviation, or mid-century city life. We borrow from the past with intention, using iconic forms, classic dial layouts, and era-specific details to create timepieces that feel familiar yet fresh.
Then we build them to last: sapphire crystals, hardened steel cases, and precisely engineered components. You’ll find features that make ownership easier too—quick-release spring bars, tool-free micro-adjustments, and secure screwed-in bracelets. No compromises, no shortcuts.
Born in Montréal
Héron was founded in Montreal, and our hometown continues to shape the way we think. It’s a city of contrasts: French and English, old and new, classic and avant-garde. That same spirit lives in our watches—a respect for heritage, paired with a commitment to forward-thinking craftsmanship.

What's Next?
Our watches have been featured in several watch enthusiast blogs and magazines and can be spotted on the wrists of hundreds of early adopters. But we're not stopping there. Our next collection is already in the works, and we're excited to share it with you very soon!
